The receptionists are responsible for the check in/out process, scheduling appointments and ultrasounds, routing clinical chart information and phone calls to nurses & midwives, collecting payment, answering basic insurance questions, and faxes. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
