Manager of First Impressions - Receptionist

Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist

Reports to: Office Manager

Compensation:

  • Salary: $45K
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • PTO: 7-10 days
  • Company Holidays: 10
  • Benefits: $300/mo credit for medical coverage

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling
  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors (4/day) , providing refreshments, generating small-talk, creating comfort, answer and direct phone calls (10/day)
  • Make sure office common areas look organized and presentable in the morning and throughout the day
  • Phone call appointment reminders (future development)
  • Manage and organize office supplies and equipment inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Manage and organize office refreshments inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, lunch deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Ensure that all vendors are invoiced and paid on time
  • Decorate office for seasons, holidays, events, etc.
  • Facilitate quarterly company meeting lunch orders

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Self-starter and driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Strong planning skills
  • Proficient in basic IT infrastructure and MS Office
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
