We seek a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our New Albany Country Club team. As the Dining Room Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of our dining rooms, men's grill, men's locker room, and beverage carts and ensure exceptional service for our members and guests. 
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with matching contributions, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, food runners, hosts, beverage cart attendants, and locker room attendants to ensure excellent customer service and overall satisfaction of members and guests
• Manage to club policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
• Create and maintain schedules for dining room staff, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts
• Train and coach staff on service standards, menu offerings, and beer, wine & liquor knowledge
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of \supplies and place orders as needed
• Handle any member or guest feedback or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with budget management and cost control measures for the food & beverage department
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and enforce proper sanitation practices

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of previous experience in a management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry (country club experience is preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette and wine service
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Flexible schedule, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays
