New Albany Country Club is seeking a passionate and energetic Zumba Instructor to join our fitness team. This is a part-time, hourly position located in New Albany, Ohio. As a Zumba Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy, fun Zumba classes for our club members. This individual contributor role requires a strong knowledge of Zumba and the ability to motivate and inspire others to reach their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:

• Lead quality Zumba classes professionally.
• Arrive prepared to instruct a quality class, ensuring all equipment and music is prepared and appropriate for the audience and format.
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of all participants throughout the activity.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the fitness industry and trends to provide effective information and training to participants.
• Assist in the cleaning and general maintenance of the fitness studio.
• Keep accurate class attendance records.

Requirements:

• - Certified Zumba Instructor with at least 1 year of experience
• - Strong knowledge and passion for Zumba and fitness in general
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to lead a high-energy workout and motivate others
• - Availability to work flexible hours
