We're seeking a Technical Writer to enhance our workforce performance through strategic communication. You will be responsible for creating internal communication products that align with FRA's mission and goals, fostering a well-informed and engaged workforce.Responsibilities:
- Develop written communications, including news articles, announcements, and updates.
- Conduct interviews and engage with staff to understand and gather information.
- Support Professional Services Category Management, summarizing data and creating stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure all communications are accurate, clear, and in line with FRA's strategic objectives.
- 3 years of technical writing experience, preferably within a government setting.
- PMP certification; experience with Adobe Suite and federal procurement processes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
