Fast Paced Company seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the property manager with our portfolio of short-term rental properties. The Assistant Manager will be the right hand to the company Property Manager and will assist with overseeing property inspectors, maintenance needs, rental supply inventory management, onboarding and offboarding of properties as well as any other administrative tasks needed by the Property Manager. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, prioritize, solve problems quickly, and delegate tasks efficiently.
