**Position Summary:**This is an entry-level position with the goal being to acquire the skills necessary to operate independently as a Customer Service Representative. The individual in this role is expected to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Primary responsibilities include answering calls, creating opportunities, and generating quotes.

**Objectives:**

- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries with accurate and timely information and process orders. This includes verification of specifications, pricing, and terms.

- Create opportunities and quotes in Microsoft Dynamics and submit to ERP to create sales orders.

- Handle customer expedites, fax acknowledgments, and advise customers of shipping information.

- Active participant in team meetings and quality improvement efforts.

- Proof orders on a daily basis for errors. Assist in filing and other clerical duties as needed.

**Requirements:**

**Education:** High School Diploma or GED

**Experience:** Entry-level position.
