Business Development - Healthcare Provider Space 

Consultant/ Part-Time Position, Fully Remote 

About the Position 

Neolytix is looking for a dynamic Business Development professional. You must have experience in B2B sales, selling to Healthcare Provider Organizations. This position requires a solution mindset and excellent communication & presentation skills. Strong LinkedIn Sales track record and prioritizing accounts working with the Inside Sales team.

You will be responsible for new accounts sales across multiple service lines including RCM, Credentialing, F&A, RPM/CCM, Analytics & IT Services

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Expand revenue through your existing network of contacts in the Provider space 

  • Engage and promote company services using Linkedin 

  • Identify select target accounts and target them for conversion using Linkedin, email, call or sales promotions. 

  • Target named account stakeholders using Linkedin Inmail 

  • Identify decision makers with targeted leads to begin sales process and build relationship with key decision makers 

  • Build service solutions and bundled service go to markets 

  • Work with the Marketing team to promote specific services, partnerships and promotions 

  • Work with the marketing team to promote services & bundles 

  • Record and maintain sales pipeline in the Dynamics CRM 

  • Follow up and close on leads in the sales pipeline 

  • Create, develop and sustain highly effective and trusted relationships with physician / provider leadership with new prospects 

Who we are looking for? 

Experience 

4-8 years of sales experience selling to Healthcare Providers – candidates who don’t meet this criteria will not be considered 

Skill Set 

  • Customer Relationship Management - Can develop relationships through easygoing conversations even with cold prospects 

  • Linkedin Sales Navigator Expert 

  • Strong Linkedin activity, engagement and following 

  • Excellent Presentation Skills - Can develop professional slide decks and proposals for clients 

  • Communication - Excellent influencing & negotiation skills 

  • Creative Flair – Can create engaging posts and content to attract Target audience on Linkedin & emails 

  • Ace Quarterback - Can run with deals and drive them to a closure

Education 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, CS or Marketing preferred

  • Undergraduate Provider related education (Psychology, Medicine, Behavioral health)
