Payroll Specialist (CONTRACT)

You are a Payroll Specialist who works well under pressure and meeting deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
This position pays: $25 to $35 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Review timecards to ensure all time is recorded accurately.
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Record journal entries related to payroll and benefits.
- Provide new hire documents and orientation for new and existing employees.
- Assist human resources and accounting department as needed.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar role preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role in the manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Paycor and QuickBooks preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
