The Opportunity: Service Area Manager
Here are a few things you will be responsible for.
- The enforcement of all safety rules both on, and off the job site for the team.
- Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies processes to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the division
- Supervision of direct reports including; interviewing, hiring, payroll, timekeeping, disciplinary action, employee appreciation, training, and development of team members.
- Sets and meets organizational goals with regard to P&L performance
What you will bring to NELBUD.
- Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager in the service industry position is preferred.
- Maintain a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles to job sites.
- Ability to work a varying schedule including late evening to early morning hours.
