Job description
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to assist with the administration of the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department. The right candidate will be a team-player with an eye for detail. Someone who is willing to take ownership of a project and see it through from start to finish.

This position is Full Time hourly, Monday – Friday, no evenings, weekends or holidays.

Our Human Resources Team provides hands-on support to our employees to encourage engagement, development, and inclusion throughout the employment lifecycle. The Human Resources Team provides guidance and support to all levels of management and identifies and resolves employee-related issues.
Neighborhood Health Association (NHA), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northwest Ohio with partnerships that include ProMedica, Mercy Health, and University of Toledo Medical Center. NHA has grown from a single location in 1969 to 12 medical and dental clinics throughout Lucas County. Today we operate multiple health centers which offer a variety of services including pediatrics, adult medicine, women’s health, and senior centers. We offer healthcare, dental services, a full-service pharmacy, multiple supportive services and lab services on site. We utilize the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model – providing care for individuals who would not normally have access to these services.
