Central Catholic High School is seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our Financial Services Office. This position will provide the candidate an opportunity to work closely with a variety of constituents including faculty, staff, and coaches. Primary responsibilities of this position include payroll processing, benefits administration, assisting with the hiring and onboarding of new employees, and responding to human resource-related inquiries.
Successful candidates will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years direct experience, understanding of personnel and compliance records management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. All individuals must possess outstanding customer service and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, extreme attention to detail, and an out-going personality. They must also have the willingness to support the mission and vision of Central Catholic High School.
