What You Will Do:

  • Develop detailed financial models and economic projections to support innovative medical clinic.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, physician owners and external partners to drive projects.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to prepare economic evaluations, compensation projections and business development plans ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervise Vendor Management.
  • Work closely with outside CPA firms and Bankers.
  • Oversee compensation structures for medical professionals and manage the financial reporting.
  • Responsible for managing tax preparation tasks and oversee accounts payable procedures.
  • Stay informed about changes in healthcare and tax regulations, as well as industry trends, to ensure compliance and mitigate financial/tax risks.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for executive management and Physician stakeholders.
  • Reports to the CEO/Executive Director.

Who You Are:

  • Proficiency in polished presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with high level executives.
  • Your technical prowess in Excel is complemented by your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proactivity is second nature to you; you're known for taking initiative and leading projects to fruition with minimal supervision.
  • You have a keen interest in the Medical Sector.
  • Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management.
  • Collaborate closely with visionary medical professionals to enhance the financial well-being of the clinic.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and healthcare regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Able to travel as needed.
