Position Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist will focus on driving best practices in the areas of customer service, support, sales, marketing and other key team business duties. Additionally, this individual will focus on helping the organization’s development providing customer care to each customer in a personal and individualized manner. 

This Customer Support Specialist will be trained from the entry-level up to understand all aspects of our company. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the product and the consumer with our professionally trained team and our Customer Support Specialist help us do that seamlessly.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
  • Processes accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
  • Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
  • Leverage marketing and sales tools to create a pipeline of potential customers
  • Cultivate and develop strong relationships across departments and with team members
  • Collect and organize all team manifests

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role 
  • 2-4 year degree in Business or Communication is a bonus but not required
