This role is a part-time position located in our offices near downtown Pittsburgh and offers free parking. This is NOT a remote position. Preferred days/hours: M, T, Th 9-4.

As the part-time Receptionist, you will be providing support to the NCFTA organization through various administrative tasks and front desk reception duties. Must be able to work with limited supervision, and quickly comprehend and act on changing priorities as necessary. 

Responsibilities include…

• Greet and direct visitors and phone inquiries to appropriate individuals.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the office facility, to include maintenance, stock/order general office supplies, directory updates.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, couriers, etc.
• Assist in the organization of meetings and special events as required which includes invitation, meeting space and catering arrangements.

What we are looking for….

• Minimum 3 years of administrative, reception or other related experience
• Thorough knowledge of and substantial experience in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook; willingness to adjust to updated technology as required.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task; ability to prioritize work and juggle multiple deadlines; ability to interact effectively with the public, including senior executives.
