Kuehn Family Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Dentrix or similar dental software
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized

Skills:
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience using Dentrix or similar dental software for scheduling and record keeping
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
