GENERAL DENTISTRY is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update medical records
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset
