You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service whileshowing off your solid customer service skills. Here’s what you’ll do:· Receives incoming calls in aprofessional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, andcollects/verifies contact information.·Enter all relevant customerinformation into the point-of-sale system. Sets appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.· Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.·Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.· Collect payment from customers for the work performed.Here’s What You Need to Succeed as an CSR:Excel at Exceptional Customer Service:In this role, you are much more than just a customer service representative. Identify Additional Opportunities to Help the Customer: Our customers view you as the trusted expert to make the best recommendations fortheir current and future needs. Job Requirements The following are the minimum requirements to beconsidered for the CSR position at Glass Doctor:· One year or more of customer service experience preferred. Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.· Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.· Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen. · Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.· Outstanding phone skills.· Strong computer and internet skills.· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).This Job Is NOT For You If . . . · You say things in your head like “A broken window – what’s the big deal?” To our customers, when glass breaks, it’s an emergency and safety issue.
