You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service whileshowing off your solid customer service skills. Here’s what you’ll do:· Receives incoming calls in aprofessional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, andcollects/verifies contact information.·Enter all relevant customerinformation into the point-of-sale system. Sets appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.· Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.·Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.· Collect payment from customers for the work performed.Here’s What You Need to Succeed as an CSR:Excel at Exceptional Customer Service:In this role, you are much more than just a customer service representative.
