As Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the platform. The ideal candidate has experience working cross-functionally to inform new product strategy and own feature positioning and messaging. They have a track record of leading go-to-market launches, integrated campaigns, and other marketing projects, taking qualitative and quantitative insights and turning them into compelling communications and value props.ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market Campaigns:Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Peacock holistically and for individual features.Provide guidance and feedback on marketing campaign deliverables and creative, including performance & display media, in-app communication, app store optimization, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and manage relationships across product management, brand marketing, legal, creative, and operations teams to execute impactful campaigns. Provide connectivity between disciplines by seamlessly integrating brand messaging and principles into product launches and multi-channel campaigns.Product Marketing Leadership:Own Peacock’s feature naming, positioning, and messaging and ensure its connection with every touchpoint across the campaign, launch and beyond.Act as the internal champion to evangelize Product Marketing efforts across the organization, driving buy-in for strategic efforts and education for core learningsInsights-Led:Represent the voice of Peacock consumers: Partner with consumer and product insights teams on audience and messaging research initiatives; apply qualitative and quantitative insights to address customer needs in marketing and product experience.Be the leading internal expert on the competitive environment.Offer Campaigns: Lead offer/pricing marketing campaigns, in collaboration with Demand Generation, brand marketing, Commerce product, and various additional cross-functional teams. QualificationsExperience across product and marketing or product marketing rolesTrack record of leading cross-functional campaigns across digital and offline channels.Exceptional personal organization and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously and prioritize initiatives based on goals.Analytically and creatively minded, with the ability to flex across strong storytelling, messaging, and writing skills as well as understanding product roadmaps and inferring insights from performance dataAbility to foster strong cross functional relationships across all disciplines, from data science and product to creative directors and brand marketingDemonstrated ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts/requirements to different stakeholders of varying seniority and expertise levelsSeasoned and resourceful problem solver, able to get things done while navigating ambiguityIdeal QualificationsExperience in the direct-to-consumer and/or media & entertainment spaceKnowledge of and interest in the streaming entertainment space, including trends and new technologies.An understanding of or experience in agile methodologiesExperience leading and managing other team membersHybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
