We are looking for a customer oriented individual who will build a positive customer experience in our restaurant. We are a New York based restaurant franchise with a concept that is new to market in the RI area. We are looking for someone who can engage with the local community and create a high level of brand recognition.
Responsibilities:
-Cashier/customer engagement/ensuring order accuracy
-Ensuring a clean environment
-Handling any customer inquiries
-Engaging in upselling and marketing (exploring catering opportunities)
-Training any front of house new hires
-Scheduling
-Closing procedures including cash management
-Making sure front of house is fully stocked / vendor orders
-Ensuring customer experience is always top notch
Requirements:
-Candidate must have flexible availability including working closing shift (1am)
-Restaurant experience preferred or extensive customer service experience
-Positive references
