This is where YOU fit in : NGIS Lemoore is in need of a Guest Service Representative II to answer the call; a team player who is dedicated to supporting our local Naval community, and operational successes on a day to day basis.

You will perform a variety of tasks which involve making the NGIS a home away from home for our valued guests. Overnight shifts are regularly scheduled.

So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?

oProvide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests.

oUtilize Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details.

oReceive requests and process reservations within established guidelines

oAnswer phones, transfer calls, reply to guest inquiries and log calls.

oReceives and is accountable for a change in fund. Prepare close bank report and deposits cash receipts at the end of each shift in accordance with established procedures.

The Qualifiers :

oOne (1) year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.

oOne (1) year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled.

Study completed in a college, university, or junior college above the high school level may be substituted on the basis of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of experience.

oMust pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE :

One 1 year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.
