We are looking for a hard-working individual with previous maintenance experience to help with the upkeep of one of our apartment complexes. A professional resume with extensive work history must be included to be considered.

This position comes with base compensation that is based on experience and will be between $16-$20/hour. In addition to base compensation, chosen applicant will receive FREE RENT for living onsite at Eagle Village Apartments if interested (~$8,400/year /-).

The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by a member of the Maintenance Team:

JOB DUTIES

• Painting
• Maintaining Physical Asset
• Plumbing
• Light electrical work
• Drywall/flooring repairs
• Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude
• Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test
• HVAC Certified (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
• Flexible Availability Needed
• You will be required to be on call at all times
• Must have own tools
