CCR Salary: Starting at $15 per hour

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Self-starter and reliable
  • Positive & outgoing temperament
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to talk on the phone for 8 hours a day in an environment with moderate office noise level
  • Basic computer skills and willing to learn new software/IT
  • Ability to perform stationary or repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
  • Able to work independently (with minimal supervision) and with a team
  • Bilingual is a plus (not required)

Job Description:

Supports the day-to-day operations of the company and acts as the primary point of contact (as well as lobby gatekeeper) for customers, vendors, and other associates that interact with Nauman Companies. The CCR answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, education customers on company offerings and addresses any questions or concerns they may have. If an issue arises, the CCR will work diligently to solve the problem to the customer’s satisfaction. As part of this responsibility, the CCR will develop and manage reports, and interact with field personnel and department managers to schedule appointments efficiently. A successful CCR must have the ability to function as part of a team, be a creative problem solver, manage and defuse conflict, as well as listen and respond to customer feedback in a constructive and professional manner. At an experienced level, this position may specialize in customer surveying, lead follow up, and office administration.
