Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will come from a logistics industry background with experience in Pickup & Delivery (P&D) operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding shipments, delivery status, and logistics services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, tracking, and resolution of customer issues.
• Utilize software and technology platforms to manage customer accounts, track shipments, and maintain records.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with customers via phone and email.
• Possess a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Provide support to the operations team by assisting with customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service within the logistics industry, particularly in Pickup & Delivery (P&D) operations.
• Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette and email correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with using software and technology platforms for managing customer accounts and tracking shipments.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
