RENAISSANCE HEALTHCARE AND REHABILITATION CENTER, LOCATED IN THE UNIVERSITY CITY AREA, IS OFFERING A $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR THE POSITION OF A FULL TIME RN SUPERVISOR ON THE 3-11 SHFIT!

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE!!
As a RN SUPERVISOR the expectations would be:
- Conveys accurate information in supportive and courteous manner to unit nursing
- Seeks out supervision and direction from physician.
- Completion of nursing assessments, transfers, discharges, treatment plans, progress notes, medication reconciliation, medication administration, and vitals.
- Conducts orientation of new employees to unit regarding specific policies and procedures.
- Assist medical doctor as needed
- Attend and actively participate in departmental staff meetings.
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws, confidentiality, state licensing regulations, CPR, AED and First Aid.
- Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
- Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
- Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
RN SUPERVISOR Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required and must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR Certification
- Supervisory experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care.
