As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team in a part-time capacity.
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Responsibilities:
· Provide healthcare insurance & 401k information to internal and external employees, ensuring clarity and understanding of coverage options and benefits.
· Conduct monthly audits of insurance bills to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
· Apply for and manage business licenses, nursing pool licenses, and temporary staff licenses as required by state regulations.
· Maintain an updated spreadsheet tracking expiration dates and renewal deadlines for all relevant licenses and certifications.
· Assist in other administrative tasks and projects within the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with spreadsheets, formulas, and data manipulation.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Previous experience in HR or healthcare administration preferred, but not required.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
