**Customer Service Representative**

**Department:** Fleet Services CardLock **Location:** Vancouver, WA

**Jubitz is looking to add a Customer Service Account Representative to our Fleet Services Division team!** This person will provide customer service by email and phone to current and potential customers. Maintain and increase gallons sold to customers and cross market/cross sell all other Jubitz product lines with superior, pro-active service.

This position will work in our Vancouver, WA office.

**Education and Experience:**

* High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.

* Two years of customer service or sales experience in related or unrelated field; telephone service experience preferred.

* Must have excellent language and writing skills.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with pleasant phone demeanor.

* Ability to negotiate to a win/win situation with clients.

* Ability to respond to the needs of many people, both internal and external customers.

* Ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented tasks.

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.

* Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.

* Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

* Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

**Additional Notes**

This position functions primarily in a business office setting and the employee may be required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time, operate a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The company operates out of several buildings spread across a multi-acre campus. Ability to travel between buildings is necessary.
