The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining dealer, distributor and direct customer relationships in the spectator seating market. The specialist interacts daily with the customer base to provide quotes, all aspects of customer service and information with the goal of growing sales, along withing nurturing accounts by understand buying histories, suggesting related & new products, explaining technical features & codes, and soliciting sales opportunities. The specialist coordinates with Engineering in the dispatch and sign off of submittal documents and other appropriate documentation required in RFP’s and contracts.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as request for proposals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint software.
