National Modular Mfg is Hiring a Commercial Project Manager Near Wichita, KS
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for Commerical Project Manager located in Wichita, KS. The Commerical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, contract management, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
*Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze project data, create budgets, and analyze financial reports.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
*Budgeting skills to manage the financial aspects of projects.
*Finance skills to ensure that projects are financially sound and profitable.
*Contract Management skills, including the ability to negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
*Experience in commercial construction management is preferred.
*Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
1st interview will be through Micrsoft Teams and then the 2nd interview will be in person.
