Commercial Sales / Project Manager - Wichita

FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona, has an excellent career opportunity for a Commercial Sales/Project Manager with 5 years of experience in commercial roofing or a similar field.

Our ideal candidate would have Commercial Low Slope Sales Experience in commercial roofing, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Outside direct sales position

• Project Management

• Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process

• Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors

• Payment collection

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Ability to use a smartphone

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Ability to climb on roofs

• Personally, driven and self-motivated

• Sales experience in the commercial construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT’s, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.
