We pride ourselves on our well-trained workforce (no subcontractors) and our low-slope roofing expertise. We are seeking a Project Manager for our Wichita KS location.

Project Managers will effectively coordinate administrative efforts with field production efforts. Superintendent and Project Manager will work together closely to schedule labor efforts and material procurement effectively and efficiently. Operationally, the Project Manager will be responsible for strategic planning and reviewing each project daily as well as implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Will act as primary point of contact for assigned customer list.

Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare proposed project bids. Obtain material estimates and calculate labor estimates to develop complete quotes. Work with Senior Leadership on bid and proposal review.
• Prepare production needs by verifying estimates, reviewing project drawings, and specifications. Specify materials and supplies. Create and disseminate schedules.
• Identifies process improvements and resolves problems on each project as they arise.
• Coordinates with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects are completed from start to finish in a timely manner.
• Financial responsibilities include providing/reviewing budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances between estimated budget and revenue, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collects, analyzes and summarizes construction/budget data and trends to produce construction progress reports.
• Responsible for project safety, work schedule, and job site inspections.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience in management with emphasis on all facets of business including but not limited to customer relations, extensive knowledge of low slope roofing systems, codes, details, materials, and their applications.
• Roofing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read specifications and plans.
• Other critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through skills to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to handle a variety of duties with minimal supervision.
• Be able to read/write English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam and Xactimate preferred.
• Must be able to successfully submit to and pass pre-employment physical, agility test, drug screen, background check and sex offender screen.
• Valid driver's license.
