Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. Duties:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Assess client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Provide accurate quotes and explain policy details to clients
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field (health & life license required)
- Strong negotiation and sales administration skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service best practices
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus
