Job Description

We are seeking a confident, motivated individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position will be as a licensed Insurance Producer/Customer Service Representative who will correspond with potential clients via phone, email and in person. The producer will be responsible to support the agency by sales and service of potential and current clients. Prior experience in sales and/or insurance is preferred but not required. All training will be paid and provided in-office. Pre-Licensing is completed on your time and at your own expense.

Responsibilities

Service and sales to existing and new clients. Also, the producer will be responsible to create and develop own referral sources beyond what is provided in the office. Further the ability to correspond to client needs via, text, email and phone in prompt matter.

Requirements
  • High School, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficient Skills with a computer
  • Organizational Skills (Filing documents, scheduling appointments)
  • Detail Oriented
  • Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Must be Self-driven
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Currently Licensed Insurance Producer in P&C and L&D preferred or willing to get license within 30 days of hire.
