Job Overview:
The Accounting Generalist reports to the CFO and Vice President, Administration and will be responsible for balance sheet reconciliation, assisting in the processing of general accounts payables, and other month end closing activities.
Duties include but are not limited to, preparing the reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts, processing of accounts payables transactions and vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals and coding and entry into accounting system. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for reconciliation of monthly credit card statements.
