Austin , TX **Sales Support Specialist** National Corporate Housing is a growing company looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to support our market Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of customer service excellence and problem-solving skills working with both internal and external customers in a service-based environment. National Corporate Housing is a multi-brand, global leader in providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. National is one of the largest providers of temporary housing around the globe. **Responsibilities:**
* Support market Account Managers
* Take ownership of each booking once sales team hands off
* Manage guest and property leases from initiation to completion in timely manner
* Audit property and guest ledgers weekly
* Build property profiles in the reservation system as needed
* Perform pre and post check in guest satisfaction calls
* Responsible for final lease and cost worksheet being added to reservation system
* Responsible for submitting NTV to properties in a timely manner
* Responsible for ensuring guest NTV reminders are sent
* Communicate with properties to obtain renewals offers as needed
* Act as first point of contact with properties and obtain all needed information per booking
* Build strong partnership/relationships with properties
* Evaluate and identify opportunities to make improvement impacting market efficiency and guest experience
* Communicate improvement opportunities, issues, and trends to GM
* Support the AMs on sales support materials as needed
* Respond to leads as needed
* Build strong customer focused relationships with all National guests
* Work with national account coordinators, NRC management team and other departments to provide fast and accurate guest and client issue solutions with emphasis on first call resolution
* Perform other duties necessary to support the market and guests
* Perform inspections prior to guest move in as needed
**Requirements:**
* Proven ability to multitask and be flexible with various duties
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both vocally and in writing
* Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Experienced with reservation systems/strong data entry skills
* Ability to operate general office equipment
* 1-3 years hospitality or hotel customer service experience
* High School diploma or equivalent
