- Collection of key performance data and customer reporting from Program Managers.
- Support in preparation and quality assurance of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Collection of key financial data from Program Managers and staff accountants.
- Participate in budgeting exercises, profit and loss reporting, and evaluation of program performance metrics.
- Trend analysis and projections reporting to the executive team.
- Maintenance of SharePoint program document repositories.
- Processing travel authorizations, reimbursements, and equipment procurement transactions.
- Development of quotes for equipment and services in collaboration with program managers and engineering leads.
- Invoice review and approval support.
- Coordination of site meetings with executives.
- Drafting new Standard Operating Procedures in partnership with program task leads.
- Developing and implementing customer engagement plans in support of CPARs, organic growth opportunities, and thought leadership.
- Liaise with NCC HR, Finance, and Operations Management as a force multiplier toward process improvements, new ways of working, and enhanced contract performance.
- Translating contract requirements to measurable metrics within an ISO quality management framework.
- Bachelors Degree preferred, work experience and/or military service will be considered.
- 3 years of experience managing business operations in a federal environment.
- Extensive experience with Excel including financial tracking, data analysis, data sorting and calculations.
- Familiarity with SharePoint collaboration and cloud-based document management.
- Effective customer relationship skills, with an understanding of measured delivery standards (e.g. acceptable quality levels, service level agreements).
- Ability to meet commitments, track actions, and follow through on multiple (often unanticipated) daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- An interest in, and experience with, process development, implementation, and refinement.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and build new tools.
- Ability to take personal and professional responsibility for business process outcomes.
- Maturity to accept and provide constructive feedback in an ongoing pursuit of excellence.
- Experience in federal contracts management and/or procurement activity.
- Experience with contract compliance activities, quality assurance programs, or ISO standards.
- Familiarity with professional services contracts.
- Proven success as a customer facing services delivery manager.
- Working knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucid.
