*** Position is Contingent Upon Award ****** Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance Required ***This position is responsible for managing complex maintenance projects or managing multiple site managers overseeing multiple complex sites/projects within the Operations & Maintenance function. Responsibilities may include mobilization, operational sales, and marketing targets.• Maintain client relationships by regular communication to better understand project operations, this communication should; appraise of Fluor activities, advise of potential improvements, assess changing needs, develop teamwork and ask for client feedback on performance• Manage the work to the terms of the contract by eliminating leakage and optimizing returns• Manage risk as assigned by Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager by reviewing risk on a regular basis and identifying significant business risk for Fluor• Identify future client requirements and up selling opportunities by developing on-site assessments of client operations and proposing project plans• Apply appropriate analytical tools and techniques by assessing client organizations, acquiring client engagements with significant profitability potential and transforming the client organization from the current state to the proposed future state• Foster an environment that embraces Quality and Safety across all elements of the program. • Other duties as assigned#Intel• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and seven (7) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering, business, or a closely related field• Experience as a manager working with labor unions.• Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in an asset intensive environment• Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong technical knowledge of facilities engineering, maintenance, repair, and operations• Experience in heavy industrial environment, as a Maintenance Manager or Senior Supervisor• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customer• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form• Experience managing budgets• Experience in conflict resolution• Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance Required • A high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma or equivalent• 8 years of related engineering field or business experience• 8 years’ experience in management-level positions of responsibility and complexity similar to a program of 400 personnel• Manage and execute maintenance, modification and outage activities in accordance with the requirements of the prime contract• Ensure maintenance planning and scheduling activities are fully integrated with plant operation• Provide maintenance planning, scheduling and estimating for planned outage work• Perform work in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost control estimates• Control change/scope creep, ensuring that all scope changes are quickly and properly documented, and that change orders are approved prior to the performance of work• Ensure that the duties and responsibilities of the contract are clearly defined, documented and understood, and complied• Establish and maintains practices and procedures that ensure maximum efficiency in the execution of work• Provide resource plans, addressing overall resources, costs, scheduling and other details appropriate for the safe and efficient execution of work• Administer contracts with regard to cost, schedule, safety, and other project controls; furnish and maintain project billing instructions• Establish and maintain practices and procedures that ensure maximum efficiency in the execution of work, including analysis of historical data to assist client in providing equipment reliability at optimum costs• Establish goals and objectives each year for assigned projects with division management• Approve salaried rate changes and renegotiate craft wage rate changes annually with owners
