WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE DO?
As a new Customer Service Associate, you're the friendly voice on the other end of the phone for our car dealership's call center! You answer questions from customers and make sure they get to the right person if you're not sure. And when they need to make business appointments, you're a pro at scheduling - you make sure we have at least 40 appointments set every day! Plus, you keep track of all your phone calls, making no less than 50 outbound ones each day.
But it's not just about numbers for you - you truly care about each and every customer. You greet them with a warm voice and make sure they know they're valued. And you're always looking for ways to grow our business by reaching out to both new and returning customers. You love that your call center job with our car dealership lets you help people every single day, and you're always happy to be here!
