Nashville Fertility Center is Hiring a New Patient Coordinator Near Nashville, TN
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Nashville Fertility Center is a state-of-the-art center providing reproductive healthcare to the intended parents of Tennessee and surrounding states. The New Patient Coordinator ensures perspective patients have all needed information to complete the new patient registration process and makes sure all questions are addressed prior to their first visit at Nashville Fertility Center. The New Patient Coordinator is required to support the mission, vision and values of Nashville Fertility Center and must demonstrate a commitment to provide quality service to patients.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Act as point of contact for all new patients
· Responds to patient inquiries or problems. Answers questions regarding practice, procedures, tests, directions etc.
· Provide patients updates on the status of their registration, troubleshooting patient issues.
· Coordinate/organize all facets of new patient appointments-scheduling, coordination of medical records, and all necessary information needed to ensure an optimal level of care coordination.
· Coordinate the retrieval and flow of outside medical records to ensure receipt of records for visits.
· Follow-up on physician referrals
· Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
· High School Diploma, Some college preferred.
· 1 to 2 years of medical office experience preferred.
· Strong verbal communication skills to communicate with patients and the health care team.
· The ability to multitask and strong time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
