About the role:Narrative Strategies seeks a Graphic Designer to create best-in-class visual imagery and join our growing creative services team. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of the Adobe creative suite and love solving problems with style. In this role, you’ll work across account teams, in concert with our creative team, to design a variety of products spanning from print and digital ads to social media graphics and logos to pitches and presentations. Our diverse roster of clients (and a wide array of deliverables) need your talent to bring ideas to life.

About the team:Working in tandem with account teams at Narrative Strategies, Creative Services supports the strategic communications objectives of our clients and their brands through graphic design, video production, and digital advertising. We produce high-quality, engaging content that is constructed to inform, inspire, and, when possible, entertain. With clients across healthcare, tech, financial services, energy, and more, our team aims to amplify and empower brands through an innovative approach and commitment to quality.

Core responsibilities:

• Create a variety of deliverables including business collateral, one-pagers, memos, presentation decks, display ads, social media graphics, logos, and event deliverables.
• Work closely with design and account teams to plan and troubleshoot projects.
• Stay up to date on the latest design trends and relevant creative software.
• Be a team player, inspiring trust and teamwork throughout the agency.

Qualifying skills and basic requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and visual communications projects; formatting content into visually appealing layouts and across different mediums/channels.
• Able to skillfully manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Mastery of design-based software including Illustrator Photoshop and web-based design apps.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, particularly in their use in executing design.
• Dedication to proof both designs and content.
• Ability to offer, take and execute creative direction and feedback.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Passion for making complex ideas easier to understand.
