Brand Manager | Full-Time

Nao Medical is seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team at an exciting stage of our growth. You will be a brand guardian for Nao Medical, overseeing a wide array of functions including location branding; partnerships; campaign and product development; and consumer research. You will be involved in promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing strategy, and generating consumer insights to help guide business development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being a guardian of the Nao Medical brand, helping to ensure the consistent execution of the brand guidelines across every touchpoint - visual identity, brand voice, signage, and brand strategy
  • Coordinating on-the-ground brand activities, site visits, and branding execution at Nao Medical’s current and new office locations
  • Helping grow Nao Medical’s brand awareness through the development and implementation of engaging campaigns, events and initiatives
  • Working closely with the Director of Brand and senior leadership team to support new business initiatives and the development of brand systems for emerging products and services
  • Stay on top of creative trends and styles to help drive the best work possible
  • Help to maintain the brand team’s budget
  • Facilitating consumer research, understanding the needs and desires of our patients, and working to facilitate initiatives that support them
  • Identifying, on-boarding and collaborating with external freelancers, vendors, agencies and studios as required

We are seeking individuals who like to push boundaries and work outside of the box, changing the landscape of what healthcare looks and feels like. You will be responsible for helping manage and grow Nao Medical’s brand awareness in our field,, and to help us grow as a leader in the healthcare industry.

Who you are:

We are seeking someone with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience. You ideally should have a minimum of 2-4 years experience working in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management. A key factor for success in this role is a proven ability to work cross-functionally and wide experience managing a brand across multiple markets. A background or familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus, but not essential.

To be successful in this role, we believe you should:

  • Be a highly creative thinker and problem solver
  • Be able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Be well versed in project management and able to own projects end to end
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented and perform well in fast paced environments
  • Have a strong analytical skills and familiarity with brand metrics
  • Be highly experienced in various project management softwares and other relevant tools
