Job Summary:
SAVA is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to help facilitate the administration of a Consolidated Facility Management program (CFM). The ideal candidate will act as a primary contact for facilities, project activities and leads project reviews of cost, schedule and technical performance. They will assist with the management construction efforts, including schedule, funding, and day-to-day project oversight. Manage and evaluate contractor performance. Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel. Evaluate, validate, and manage project change requests. Provide project status reports. Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule Safety & Training classes, track and analyze service calls on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Schedule preventive maintenance services to be performed on equipment and customer work requests.
Budget and profit-analyze all reimbursable jobs. Regularly communicate all invoices received and sent.
Procure materials and supplies and reconcile [all] monthly credit card and employee personal expenses.
Review and authorize all payables and receivables. Maintain employment records for multiple contract sites; process new hire paperwork, leave and separation requests; FMLA and Workmen’s comp requests; maintain OSHA 300 and 300A reports.
Fleet Safety Manager - maintain vehicle fleet records and monitor driver safety program.
Maintain visitor records/logs, provide security assistance to corporate officers for document preparation and disposition, assist with preparation of security education materials, conduct security briefings and debriefings, prepare/validate attendee list, and prepare briefing handouts.
Prepare and author correspondence, reports, and other security related documentation, as needed.
Provide assistance with courier, data transfer, destruction and inventory tasking, and other taskings as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of facilities project management experience, with documented experience in the management of multi-discipline, complex coordination efforts within a USG facility (to acquire the necessary understanding of processes and gain familiarity with required documentation) of at least 300,000 sq. ft. or in a USG facility with a mission-critical requirement, or have an Associate’s degree
Active Top Secret Clearance.
Minimum of 5 documented years of project management experience in facilities of similar size and scope.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
Desired Qualifications:
Commercial facilities construction, repurposing and remodeling.
Familiarity with environmental, safety and health aspects of facility operations.
