N Store Services is Hiring a Remote Project Manager
- Ensure that all activities within the retail construction project are completed on time, within budget, with 100% customer satisfaction.
- Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources.
- Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects which include project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations.
- Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications
- Work closely with the on-site Field Supervisors to plan and direct activities while facilitating any change management needed to ensure that all goals and objectives within the scope of work are accomplished.
- As the master relationship builder, use your abilities to influence and hold accountable, all team members in order to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience and 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Superb organizational skills with demonstrated abilities to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with adaptability to reach diverse team members
- Exceptional critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes are “the norm”
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Must be customer focused, a problem solver and solution-oriented
- Personal effectiveness with integrity and accountability
