Serve as Solution Services Owner II within the Sisters of Mercy Health System (Mercy). Solution Services Owner II is accountable for leading and owning implementation efforts for Mercy Virtual. Incumbent shall ensure Mercy Values are reflected in all aspects of the departments operations. The Solution Services Owner II operates autonomously at all levels of the organization with full ownership of delivering successful Mercy Virtual implementations.
The Solution Services Owner II will be responsible for complex implementation efforts. Solution Services Owner II will work independently on most projects but may partner with other Solution Services Owners on larger or more complex projects in a team environment.
The Solution Services Owner II must have a value-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to deliver excellence. They will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieve successes built on a foundation of trust. This trust will be crucial in owning and delivering excellence when implementing Mercy Virtual services. This position will ensure that members across the organization including C-Level Executives have a shared understanding of implementation value, strategy, and expectations.
The Solution Services Owner II will help develop implementation best practices, risk mitigation strategies, implementation schedules, shared accountability/ownership, and transparent communication in alignment with the organizations strategic initiatives. Part of this role will be to help scale organizational agility and excellence as Mercy Virtual continues to grow.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 5 years years experience delivering excellence across highly complex programs or implementations. Experience building strong relationships and partnering with all levels of the organization.
Certification/Registration: PMP or PMI-ACP Certification preferred
