Bunge is Hiring a Finance Manager - Project Analysis and Implementation Near Chesterfield, MO

This position is responsible for driving process simplification, enhanced financial reporting, and metrics standardization across Bunge Food Solutions and Refined Specialties Oils. They will be responsible to analyze, coordinate and implement projects and initiatives. This position is also the main contact point to support global strategic and M&A projects in coordination with global and regional BD and Corporate Capital Investments teams.
Core Functions:
  • Transformational projects - Play a lead role in the Customer and Product Profitability / Cost to serve / Commercial indicators projects. Co-lead digitalization efforts.
  • Actively participate, advice, model, gather information, validate, etc. as the finance representative in M&A, and major capital projects’ process (i.e. DSR, CPC, etc.).
  • Long term strategy: contribute building, aligning, and keeping accurately updated the strategy. Help/co-lead producing a comprehensive document/analysis that will help as reference for decision making of new projects.
  • Project management/implementation global initiatives to improve process of performance analysis Facilitate and improve efficiency of reporting routine, through process implementation or BI/automation, leading to better financial information available for decision making.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • Degree in finance, economics, or accounting required, MBA or master’s degree in business discipline a plus
  • 7 years in project management and/or finance role, e.g., Business development, FP&A, ideally in the food and ingredients space
  • Experience managing projects and establishing new processes in a global organization
  • Experience with accounting and financial systems a plus
  • Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills to be able to guide discussions and foster decision-making using Word or PowerPoint materials
  • Proven ability to promote and encourage communication among different stakeholders (FP&A, business leaders, CFO office, etc.) to ensure alignment
  • Be a standardization and process improvement advocate, constantly look for ways to build better/simplified/managerial reports to keep top management properly informed
  • Promote innovation and new ways of work to streamline current processes.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently while keeping manager informed and aligned on priorities
  • Ability to create, develop and leverage relationships within and across work groups to achieve results
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict, either independently or through escalation, to facilitate decision-making
  • Ability to manage more than one project simultaneously by co-developing, with project teams or manager, plans for work to be done
  • Ability to travel internationally 10% to 15%
