Elite Development, a joint venture between J. H. Berra Construction Company and McBride Homes, is one of the largest real estate developers in St. Louis. Each year Elite Development is responsible for developing over 1,000 homesites for the top homebuilders in the area. Elite Development is currently seeking an assistant project manager to join our team. The position requires 0-3 years of experience in site planning and land development including: design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential developments.

Required Skills & Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required
• 0-3 years of experience
• Previous internship experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with 3D skills, Microsoft Office, and Planswift
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam or ability to do so within 6 months of employment preferred
• Strong time management skills, organizational and communication abilities
• Desire to work in a team environment

Elite Development offers a competitive salary ($50,000 to $75,000/yr. depending upon experience and qualifications) and an annual discretionary bonus program.
