About The Role:

As the Strategic Alliances Manager reporting to Myriad360’s Director of Marketing and Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic alliances with key partners in the OEM/SI/VAR channel. Working closely with sales leadership, you will oversee our relationships with trusted vendor partners to achieve objectives such as partner relationship management, joint activities coordination, strategic partnership growth, sales enablement, as well as partner engagement and performance Management. Your day-to-day activities will involve nurturing existing partnerships, developing new opportunities, and ensuring that all partnerships are aligned with the company's overall objectives for growth and success.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners while exploring opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align alliance strategies with Myriad360's overarching business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that integrate seamlessly with Myriad360's business model.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements with potential and existing partners.
  • Ensure partnership agreements adhere to Myriad360's standards and support its business interests.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other departments to integrate alliance activities into Myriad360's overall business strategy.
  • Represent the company at partner events and conferences across the United States, requiring approximately 25% travel commitment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the mutual benefits of partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential partners, and competitive landscapes.
  • Stay informed about developments in the technology sector that could impact Myriad360's alliances.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for alliances and consistently assess performance against established objectives.
  • Regularly evaluate the success and impact of alliances on Myriad360's business outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate alliance goals, progress, and outcomes to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on alliance activities to Myriad360 leadership.
  • Identify potential risks associated with alliances and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure alliance success.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on best practices for collaborating with alliance partners.
  • Share industry insights and knowledge within Myriad360 to enhance the organization's overall capabilities.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to alliance activities, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Drive financial efficiency in alliance management while achieving strategic objectives.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends, competitor activities, and emerging innovations.
  • Provide strategic insights on leveraging alliances to capitalize on changes in the technology market.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to assist in the development of marketing materials and product/service offerings.
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section.
  • Other duties as needed.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contractual agreements.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with overall business goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $200,000 - 235,000, OTE (includes base salary plus bonus and/or commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
