What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be :

• Researching and responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, walk-in, and mail
• Acting as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associates
• Meeting set statistical performance measures such as call length and daily call volume
• Assisting with the training of other team members
• Participating in ongoing training to further knowledge of regulations, software systems, policies and procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have an Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of six months work experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer service setting / environment
• Have successfully completed the Customer Service Training Program
• Are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
• Have excellent oral, written, and listening skills
• Can handle stressful situations in a professional manner
• Have PC skills
• Are willing to work occasional overtime as required
