Full Job Description

Candidate must have 2 years or more experience/ knowledge of construction Installation, management and project completion as an Electrical Project Manager
Experience Managing multiple jobs at various projects stages at one time managing projects from award to closeouts

• Advanced abilities in reading and interpreting plans and specifications from Architectural to Electrical.
• Manage projects ranging from small service calls to $3 million
• Prepare RFI's, CO's and detailed reports for all projects
• Prepare Monthly Billing and SOV's
• review Submittals for accuracy and submit to the Design team
• Review Contracts for scope of work accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
• Review and evaluate vendor quotes for accuracy
• Ability to communicate scopes of work with General Contractors and MV Power work force for clarity and installation.
• Work closely with MV Power work force to promote our Positive culture.
• proven track record and accountability of running successful projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to decipher drawings and provide guidance to MV Power field staff for installation.
• develop solid relationships with General Contractors, Vendors and MV Power Solutions work force that is based on professionalism, trust and accountability.
• attend Kick off meetings and periodic site meetings.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Impeccable problem-solving skills
• Ensures installations meet project scope, NEC, and company standards for code and quality
• Conduct site visits and Safety analysis of site conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Project evaluation to reduce construction cost and value engineer cost
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders to assure that all project goals are being addressed
• Reviews and distributes bid documents to Foremen.
• Works closely with Contractors, MV Power Foremen and field crew and Superintendents regarding schedule and special construction considerations

• Qualifications
• 2 yrs electrical Project Management experience preferred
• Have knowledge of material and proper use and installation
• Demonstrated experience in an Electrical Project Manager role
• Ability to operate multiple technology platforms
• Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical Project Management techniques
• Accubid Estimating systems experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook

Pay: 90,000- 120,000K Depending on Experience
