Mutual Plumbing Supply Co Inc is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Honolulu, HI
Well-established, locally operated company seeking responsible and energetic employee with previous accounting experience. Immediate opening to fill (FULL TIME) Accounts Receivables position. Candidate will have strong knowledge of word, excel, 10-key by touch, and general accounting background. Applicants must have a strong attention to detail. High School Diploma a MUST. Willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities include:
-prepare and invoice 1-300 entries per week
-supervision of timely payments and collections
-perform month-end closing
-enter daily sales and ensure end of day balance
-light bank reconciliation -cash management
-other duties as assigned
